As late Teddy has been his mentor and ally for decades, I have no doubt of the disapointement he might feel.
But in other wqy hereis just another, if needed, proof that Sec. Kerry puts priority if things gettingdone to the good. And always with quiet, yet real diplomacy. Bravo!
