Kerry post on bringing African war criminals to justice

The discussion is on the legislation he wrote and got passed right before he left the Senate that has now given him a tool to use as Secretary of State. It is noteworthy that one of the people they had wanted to get turned himself in recently at a US embassy. I doubt that will happen with the others - but ANY of these people who are captured make the countries better by being gone.
