Please. Can anyone help me see stars?

Want to donate a star but I'm not tech savvy enough apparently. Was thinking if one of my favorite contributors didn't have a star, that's who I'd donate to but can't see ANY stars--not on my phone, not on the computer, not when I take my phone out of dark mode. I'm out of ideas to try.

Either poster is confusing this fund drive with the Valentine hearts drive or she just wants to contribute for some one else to get a star. Did I explain that correctly EverHopeful and can anyone answer that scenario?

Sorry I wasn't clear. Donated and I have a gift star to donate but can't see who already has star membership. I'll try again to figure it out after some sleep.
