I had a FB account. Changed phone #. Had to make a New acct. My regular name was already up...

Apologies, I don't remember if I used it , or being suspicious did a variation of my name.
My friend sad something about my name, or account being spoofed.

*Bakground: In my orginal acct I included my mom's maiden name bc st the time ? 10+ yrs ago I wanted to use my legal name for an Artist's account.
Never did.

So What should I do? Make another name variation w the 2nd phone #?
Or will that somehow be tied back to the spoofed account? (arg)
Am I "blocked" (in a safe-ish tech use sense) from getting back on there?

Yes, I know some people have an issue with using fb at all.
I only use it with family and friends, a few friend's friends. Never had any trouble with original accnt.

ETA: Haven't gone back to the account once my friend talked about the spoofing
