The Wisconsin Supreme Court has its newest justice
MADISON, Wis. -- Justice Susan Crawford was sworn in Friday afternoon during a ceremony at the Capitol Rotunda, becoming the newest member of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Crawford won election to the court last April, beating Republican-backed candidate Judge Brad Schimel. Her win secured a liberal majority for the court. She replaces the retiring Chief Justice Ann Walsh Bradley.
