Pacific Science Center's longtime CEO to step down in June
Pacific Science Center’s leader for more than a decade will soon step down.
The science museum, located on the Seattle Center campus, announced Thursday that its board named Kevin Malgesini as the next president and CEO. He will succeed Will Daugherty, who has led the center since 2015.
Malgesini will take the helm June 1, and Daugherty’s last day at the center will be June 30.
The announcement is the culmination of a four-year succession planning process and takes place after the center sold off part its campus to provide funding for continued operations.
