Edmonds, Northshore to hold levy info sessions
EVERETT As the Feb. 10 special election approaches, Edmonds and Northshore school districts are hosting information sessions where the community can learn about bond and levy measures.
Edmonds is holding its final community information meeting 6 p.m. Thursday at the Meadowdale High School Library, 6002 168th St. SW., Lynnwood.
Voters will decide whether to renew the districts educational programs and operations levy. The levy represents 15% of the districts budget, according to its website. Funds from the levy will go toward student support staff, extracurricular activities, and student services and programs. The district asks voters to renew the levy every four years.
