More frequent service coming for Community Transit buses

EVERETT — Riders utilizing Community Transit buses will soon see more frequent service and longer hours of operation along certain routes, the transit agency announced.

Here are some of the most significant changes coming to Snohomish County bus service:

• Route 117, which connects the Mukilteo Ferry to the Lynnwood City Center light rail station, will see a bus arrive every 30 minutes instead of once per hour on weekend afternoons.

Changes go into effect on Aug. 30. More info: communitytransit.org/buses/service-changes.
