Applicants sought for housing programs in Snohomish County
EVERETT — More than $1 million is available for housing-related programs in Snohomish County, and the Human Services Department is seeking applications.
Nonprofit organizations, for-profit developers and government agencies are encouraged to submit applications for homebuyer down payment assistance and home ownership development, a press release said.
Also, the department is seeking applications to develop affordable rental housing, emergency bridge or shelter housing and sweat equity projects
More than $1 million in federal funds under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program may be available for the 2026 program year, the release said.
