Let's break that down:

federal security experts - all compromised with trump appointees or entire departments dismantled
Department of Homeland Security - Noem - unqualified and compromised
FBI - Patel - unqualified and compromised

Basically, the entire federal government has been captured/compromised by putin and/or the epstein files
