It would only take road crews one to three days to clear the rocks and debris from the road. And then a couple of days to replace and drive in the posts for the new guardrails. Maybe a day to resurface asphalt road and redo the pavement markings.
The rest of the unknown time is taken up by the management behind the decks.
The road crews always get it done before the desk jockeys do.
