Utah man has been sentenced to probation for putting caltrops in the driveways of at least eighteen people whose car tires were popped after he decided they were watering their lawns too much during a drought.

criminal genius:

"Police got a search warrant and said they found eight purchases for a total of 170 caltrop spikes on Eng’s Amazon account."



I would expect this behavior in Provo but not in Ogden!
