LGBTQ+ Victory Fund congratulates Erica Deuso on historic Downingtown, PA mayoral win

WASHINGTON – LGBTQ+ Victory Fund is thrilled to congratulate Erica Deuso on her historic win to become mayor-elect of Downingtown, PA. Deuso is the first/one of the first transgender people to be elected mayor in Pennsylvania history.

Deuso was one of 170+ LGBTQ+ Victory Fund-endorsed nationwide candidates on ballots in the 2025 General Election. LGBTQ+ Victory Fund endorsed 260+ candidates in 2025, a record for a non-federal election year.
