snip-"Early, absentee votes show Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval with a sizable lead over Republican challenger Cory Bowman in the nationally-watched Cincinnati mayoral race.The Associated Press called the race for Pureval.

Pureval had 82% to Bowman's 18% with 15,000 votes in, about 22% of the votes cast. That total does not include any votes cast on Election Day itself.
