Erie County announces 8-day early voting numbers

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Erie County Board of Elections on Saturday released the Day 8 total for primary election early voting.

There were 1,397 ballots cast on the seventh day of early voting across Erie County for the June 24 primary election, according to the board of elections commissioners, Ralph Mohr and Jeremy Zellner.

The seven-day total for early voting is now 9,648. Here's the countywide breakdown of those votes by party:
Democrat: 7,158
Republican: 2,240
Conservative: 225
Working Families: 5
