Voters rally against Frank White, say property taxes pushing recall
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Frustrated voters rallied Sunday to encourage people to go to the polls to recall Jackson County Executive Frank White.
Early no-excuse absentee voting began last week and the day of the election is September 30.
"Recall equals fire him," said Jackson County Legislator Sean Smith.
Smith said part of the reason for the Recall Frank White Rally Sunday was to make it clear to voters a "yes" ballot is a vote to recall White.
