(8,180 posts)An unanswerable question.
(But it creates anguish in MSM watchers, which is always the point.)
The questions should be instead . . . why are the tools for this so readily available? And how can this be prevented from happening again?
And the big question . . . in this land of milk and honey, with plenty for all, this first world country, the leader in global Freedom, why should this happen, ever?
Those questions aren't popular though, are they?

(55,527 posts)that whenever I post a comment about connections between mass murders and gender I get crickets. No matter where I post it I never get replies and this is over the course of 8 years. This leads me to believe I've touched on a nerve and am walking on hallowed ground. Everyone knows this obvious fact but they are afraid to say it since they will lose support from men.
That's my theory anyway.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
