KANSAS CITY Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker continues to receive attention for last weekends commencement address where he said most of the women graduates were probably more excited about getting married and having children. He also railed against Pride month along with President Bidens leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic and his stance on abortion.
On Saturday, Kansas U.S. Senator Roger Marshall used his social media account to show support for Butker. "I stand with Harrison Butker, Marshall wrote. "Families, babies, and strong mothers and fathers are a beautiful thing. No amount of liberal gaslighting and manufactured 'outrage' will change our convictions. Christ is King."
Lots more at the link including Butker's speech, no paywall.

(13,166 posts)Strong mothers and FATHERS, ya mean like a father that fucks anything he can grab and has long affaires while the wife (3rd one) is pregnant and fuck porn stars right AFTER another son is born. A Lier, a thief and an asshole that steals from his fake child cancer charity, that kind of father is a beautiful thing?
FUCK you Marshall and whatever King Christ you have made up in your white brain.
Hell is the best reason I would choose to start to be religious so I could be certain people like these and GQP have an awakening coming. Gonna get real WOKE when they see the gate waiting for them.
God Damn these people. Literally, GOD please damn the fake assholes.

(2,040 posts)Marshall is our second-string "senator." If only he could model a bit after Jerry Moran's quiet focus on real Kansas issues like agriculture, shrinking towns, future climate issues, etc., we would be much better off. Instead, we get "culture wars." Well, that's not going to solve any of Kansas' real problems.
I will give him this, though...he at least has a medical degree, but from what I hear, he hasn't actually practiced medicine in quite a while.

IMHO Jerry Moran is one of those slick and savvy politicians who hang around the shirttails of those
who come up with new ideas and then talks like he's part of the process. I get his newsletter, in one of
his latest he was promoting the idea that the Government should help farmers pay to build new houses
on their lands that they can rent out. About the only people who work in town and would drive miles of
dirty gravel roads every day so they could live in the country are those who enjoy fresh cow and pig
manure.
Never forget he spent one July 4th in Russia with Putin.

(2,040 posts)Thanks for the info. I didn't know that Moran went on the "Traitor Tour." I thought that was Marshall.
Well, you learn something new every day.
