NEW: Florida and Texas asked Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk to join the ongoing lawsuit against the FDA over the abortion drug mifepristone. They say they seek to challenge the drug's APPROVAL from 2000—going way farther than wanting to end telemed prescriptions

They're going for it: "Movants [Florida and Texas] do not seek to relitigate issues already decided. The validity of the 2000 Approval, though thoroughly and repeatedly briefed, has not been decided."
