Seminole County voters are confused by an Elections Office mailer

SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Voters have contacted WESH 2 News and posted on social media with concerns about a mailer from the office of Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Amy Pennock.

Some say it looks fake. Others say it gives the impression that if they don’t respond quickly, they could be removed from the voter rolls.

"Why would you send something like this out threatening, you know, you have to do this in 30 days, if there aren't any consequences?" said Larry Furlong, a longtime voter and Seminole County resident.

A former county commissioner and school board member saw the bolded “voter must sign” message and the “please respond within 30 days” prompt and believed there was a mistake
