I don't know if people know this but you should never open your door to any ICE of

police officer without them showing you a warrant. If they come banging on the door just ask, "Do you have a warrant?'" They are not allowed to come in without one or without your permission,

1. Not just a warrant. It should be a JUDICIAL warrant, signed by a JUDGE.

Ice uses its own warrants signed by its own administrators, and they aren't supposed to be using them to enter private spaces.

Also, they can slip a warrant under the door, so you can read it before you make any decision.

What is the difference between a judicial warrant and an administrative warrant?

A judicial warrant is a written order, issued by the courts and signed by a judge, that authorizes a law enforcement officer to make an arrest, search, or seizure. The warrant gives law enforcement officers the authority to perform the arrest or search on private property. The subject of the warrant must comply.

An administrative warrant, on the other hand, is a written document issued by a federal agency authorizing a federal law enforcement officer to arrest or seize someone deemed "removable" from the U.S. It is also sometimes called a removal warrant or immigration warrant. It is usually signed by an immigration officer.

Unlike a judicial warrant, an administrative warrant does not give ICE officials the authority to enter private places without consent. In that case, the ICE officer cannot make the arrest unless the person is in a public space.

Because none of this is 'lawful'' and they are still doing it.

So, what then? Are you going to go quietly to their gulags? Are you going to bow to the wisdom of the regime?

Because that is what is happening right now.
