        I had to read to make sure!

        is also colloquially known by the abbreviation "DMV" which stands for the "District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia." The area in the region that is surrounded by Interstate 495 referred to as being "Inside the Beltway".

        because DMV (Division of Motor Vehicles) was always a place where you sat in rows and played what we called DMV bingo.
