(2,798 posts)Also..most people shoot the leaning tower WAY too far away. Yours is great!

(156,136 posts)I'm glad you enjoyed the order and how I treated the leaning tower! I did do a few from some distance away, but I also got up close.
The last photo is a detail of the leaning tower. I liked it a lot too.

I hate to break it to you, but that building has been crooked for a very long time!

(39,764 posts)I love the first one of the two of you 🙂 you both look so happy and loving.
Everything looks just about how I would imagine Tuscany to look, the ancient buildings, sculpted gardens, beautiful flowers. TY for sharing your happy memories with us. Love them! How was the wine??
CaliforniaPeggy
(156,136 posts)I also really love that photo of us! I think it's probably the best one ever.
It's funny. I ran across some of these on Facebook, in my Memories! That set me on a quest to find all of them. It took some doing as I had uploaded them into my laptop, but not my desktop! I decided to use my SmugMug account to bring them over to my desktop. So now I know where my photos are!
I don't specifically remember the wine but it was most likely good! We ate well and had a great time.

(5,524 posts)I can practically smell the lavender in the sunshine. I think I would have recognized the flowers as your work anywhere. Where is that wonderful ceiling?
CaliforniaPeggy
(156,136 posts)Yes, the lavender was wonderful and beautiful!
The wonderful ceiling was in the Inn of the Good Harvest, where I took the photo of the wine glass in front of the frosted bowl, in the other thread. A beautiful estate!
