we are moving mid-June because this farm has gotten to be too much to care for. Downsizing about three hours away, much closer to my wife's daughter and son. The new owners are a mom and dad and two young boys in their cowboy boots. Bittersweet — it'll work out nonetheless.

You should have seen the shock and horror of that statement.
I just laughed.

Of course I don't want that to happen, but I'm sure it will, since a lot of the farm land in that area has already succumbed to developers.
