Is that sculpture a permanent installation?
It’s beautiful.

It IS permanent. Twice a year you can stand in the keyhole and look west at sunset, and the sun will be precisely lined up with it. I've never gotten to do that--someday!

We had an excellent meal there on our way to the airport after a trip to LA!

That flower really intrigued me; I had to take its photo!

I don't normally pay much attention, actually. But this guy was good and I was sitting down for a moment. And then, of course, the camera!

The flower's colors caught my eye. And the rest is history.

Your old standby lens is perfect for food and floral photos. The crisp details and vibrant colors are magnificent.

Now, that lens is hardly old! I think I've had it about a year or so! And I love using it. It's really responsive.

cold, and about to be snowy, evening ! At first glance, that tomato reminded me of images of the Willendorf Venus, head bowed.

Note to self: MUST go to La Baguette in the morning for croissants and custard tarts!
