Are those Uchuva in the second picture? Obviously not the blueberries or raspberries, the golden ones... I have NEVER seen those in the US before. I spent a few months in Colombia on a pipeline project, and fell in love with those! They are seriously one of the best fruits I've ever tried. Sweet, a bit sour, and so very flavorful. Although, Colombia has a lot of exotic (and delicious!) fruits that I was previously unfamiliar with.

The golden berries are, I think, gooseberries. I've never had one but their color intrigues me.

Next time you're there, pick up a pint. They are absolutely delicious. I promise you won't be disappointed!

My favorite is the flowers with the tomatoes. I like the way the colors pop against the dark background.

But oh those pastries …..

I always look for the most spectacular items and this vendor never disappoints!
