... it was recorded and released, around '77. Amazing concert!

At one time they were Bonnie Raitt's back up band. An interviewer asked her how the band was and she said, "You know, just your average white band."

I also knew the guy (Kenny Moss) who accidentally killed their drummer by giving him what they thought was cocaine that was really high grade heroin.

I kinda felt I was a sort of Zelig in those days, I was in the periphery of so much musical happenings.

People would never believe what a hotbed of good music NE Ohio was back then. Great acts for cheap all the time - the Coliseum, Blossom, the Agora, the Akron Civic Theatre, Kent State ….
