Born to Run: Allan Clarke

I had no idea that an alternate version of Born to Run was competing for air time with The Boss's back in 1975. It's a fascinating story....Bruce OK'd Clarke using his song.

typical lovely harmonies but the spoken word bits hurt the momentum IMO. was an extremely minor hit...

There was one more song that they or Clarke covered. I'm glad they recognized Bruce's greatness before the rest of us!
