Mikaela Davis & Southern Star Play Dead
I’m posting a link to a review below. Almost the entire set is on YouTube at the bottom of the review. It really is stunning to hear the Dead reimagined by Mikaela with a Harp and some amazing musicians. This is probably one of the best versions of Golden Road I’ve heard since the 70s, and the interplay between the Harp and Pedal Steel on Morning Dew and the remainder of the set is great. I love Wharf Rat and Birdsong,
