Here's a new cocktail called "The Reflecting Pool":

Here's a new cocktail called "The Reflecting Pool":

1oz Absinthe.
1oz Créme de Menthe.
1oz Malört.
Dash of bitters.
Stir over ice, pour into a coupe or Martini glass.
Splash of Champagne for the aeration effect.
Garnish with smashed blueberries for the peeling paint look.
Cheers!
