Good morning my DU family,

One of the most wonderful parts of "family" is a level of accountability to one another, in a loving way of course.

I had noticed that I hadn't seen a watercolor by Samplegirl in a few days and was just getting ready to send a hey hey, are you doing ok DU mail when she posted her latest watercolor last evening.

What is so wonderful about this is that I got to experience two wonderful emotions that I lacked for many, many years.
The joy of having worried about someone I care about being relieved, and of course, the joy of her latest gift.

I love being a part of something so organically special, our bonds created not by politics, but by the humanity underlying it.

To so many of you, you are as familiar a part of my day as getting breakfast or lunch. Nourishing, fulfilling, and so very important to my well being.

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to feel connected, to know the joy of receiving someone's kindness, and to be able to give of ourselves in order to keep this family what it is..... Incredible!
