I transitioned into Grey Flannel later on, finally eschewing olfactory enhancement therapy altogether, preferring to remain scentless.I was surprised by a yuge bottle of Grey Flannel on my last birthday that I just know is a lifetime supply -and then some.

if you can find it now it is not the same at all. though there are other decent lavender products out there. I just kind of got tired of it and am now on the search for citrus scents.

Sweet Honesty; Wind Song. One other - L’Heure Bleu by Gurlaine. I had to stop wearing this one because my husband said it gave him a headache. I was worried because I thought he said I gave him a headache 🤕 😆

It was called Iron. It smelled pretty good; not cheap or overwhelming at all. My future wife liked it. She associated the smell with me so strongly that she just called it "Smells Like Bob".

Now she has an intolerance to fragrances. She used to be a fragrance model back in the day, and I guess all those years of inhaling those strong perfumes ruined them for her.

I can wear Coty Wild Musk but I can't wear Jovan Musk.

The Jovan brand makes me sneeze like crazy!

some family friends gave me a gift set. it wasn't bad. I have never been much into "artificial stench" I remember having some kind of spray that was green apple scent and came in a glass bottle shaped like an apple.

I recently found and ordered lemon up products at Vermont Country Store. disappointing both in quality and the scent. guess you can't go back to the past.

Unscented soap, shampoo, deodorant, laundry detergent...

I find scents distracting, sort of like itchy clothes. I've also got a good seam ripper so I can remove the tags from shirts.

Skinny Dip, of course.

(Agree) but that didn't sink in and my hair was long, I never used conditioner, so people may have thought I was wearing perfume when I was not.

My grandmother used their lavender so that was a no-go for me.

and now the scent reminds me of Gram so I like it even more.

Later I wore Shalimar and L'Heure Bleu. Now I almost never wear any scent because I never go anywhere dressy.

Sadly they quit making Chloe.

And I still love it.

Hard to find, though.

In the '70s, it was considered groovy. Ugh.

I will be 73 and I still use it.

It has been the only scent that I have used.

My first actual date was when I was 26, and I didn’t wear fragrance then.

However…about nine months ago I went on a date with a lady who wanted to visit a department store cosmetics counter. We get to where they’re selling the Chanel fragrances, and she’s like “Oh! Chanel no 5! I love this stuff! Let’s see what it smells like on you!” She sprays me, we let the alcohol boil off… “what do you think?” I take a whiff. “I think it smells exactly like the shower gel I use.”

Paying $125 for an ounce of something that smells like $4.95/bottle soap is. I wear Lancome Idole, and that's about as strong as the Chanel stuff - but smells nothing like my shower gel.

My aunt brought a fragrance assortment back from Germany and I appropriated the Je Revien. It was a beautiful blue color. The little bottle was just a sample size but I made it last.

I never wear perfume anymore because it all gives me a headache - except that one never did.

It is still made but it is not the exact formula and isn't quite the same

sniff test when I wore it.

So, I bought a big bottle, thinking we were going to be an item for a while.

She dumped me after two dates, and I think I still have that bottle in the back of a drawer somewhere.
