This morning I was exercising on the patio and a bird flew in and sat on the window sill

He/she ignored me, started singing, pooped and flew off. None of the feral cats were on the patio at that time.
I think it was a Jamaican pewee. I told a good friend about it and he says it’s a sign of good luck.

They wiped out my friends’ entire passion fruit crop in hours. They like them green. And they sure make noise when they fly over the neighborhood.

Just commiserating about how the birds and squirrels make off with our little urban crops. I have cloche covers and netting on them but the effing squirrels actually pull those off sometimes
