Uhm hi, this is a ,

Observation About sleep and eyesight
I can sleep without my glasses on and I toss and turn.
Fall asleep with my glasses on, I will wake a day later,
nd I turn off all electronics, I
No back round noise
The brain is an amazing organ.

I like the green noise the best. Sounds like a giant industrial A/C.

I start yawning as soon as I turn it on.

Even with all the BS and stress these days, I’ve been sleeping unlike a baby (babies wake up every half hour and have to pee.)
