I don’t recall which came first but my favorite was Sandy Becker. He drew a cartoon character every show and came on early in the day, maybe 9 am. It might have been a regional NY show.

lived with my widowed Grandma until I was 6. An Aunt and two Uncles lived there too. So surrounded by adults 🙂.

My dad liked Gallant Men and most music shows.

I liked The Little Rascals, Ghoulardi, and all music shows, like Ed Sullivan.

Most people probably know that. My brothers and cousins loved that show. It was legendary in Cleveland.
