the power went off around 5 pm @ tic toc base . the outage cascaded up the hill as a large area of tuolumne county is wo power tonight . mine just came on about 6:30 pm . p g and e was talking about 11pm tonight . frien d of mine in twain harte is still wo power and pg and e was say she wont have power back on until 0200 hours tomrrow morning.
