Tank cars carry anything from vegetable oil to some pretty scary chemicals.
While they typically will have a life hauling that one commodity to avoid cleaning requirements to repurpose, one leasing company can have a fleet of tankers, painted the same, carrying different things.
Tankers for hazmat are typically built with multiple shells to prevent release, but that is more a factor of the the car-type than the way ghe car’s owner painted it.
