(10,017 posts)Make sure you get it very hot. Hot or cold is safe, kinda warm is asking for food poisoning. Personally I prefer it cold in a sandwich or turkey salad (yum!).

(25,219 posts)If the turkey is still edible, then either should help it being eaten.
Another possibility maybe is gently steaming it.

(8,516 posts)Swiss cheese topped with tomato slices and raw onions on toasted multi-grain or sourdough that got a spread of butter or mustard or a light spritz of Italian dressing. Cucumber slices can be used instead of tomato.
Or if there are also left over mashed and sweet potatoes then mush them in a circle, together if you like, and then reheat the gravy and turkey and pour it over the spuds. Also works to do it with left over stuffing.
The potato or stuffing deal also works well to use up left over vegetables along with the turkey and gravy or even just the gravy, vegetables, stuffing/potatoes.
If you have whole potatoes left over you can make turkey hash and fry the patties and serve with some fried or scrambled eggs. Use a little shredded cheese to melt on top of the patties.

(1,755 posts)For dinner, everything reheated; sometimes hot turkey sandwiches. For lunch and snacks, cold turkey sandwiches. To me, there's nothing better than a turkey sandwich made with real turkey.
I love Thanksgiving.

The turkey is always made on the Weber, with briquets and apple and/or cherrywood chips.
