If you don't have a cat, that could be a substitute. If you do have a cat, you'll never get to use it yourself.

First we would need to find out what about the purr heals. The sound, the vibration? And what speed and octave etc.

I did a little Google searching and found them made specifically for calming dementia patients and anxious cats.

This one purrs but is pretty expensive

I use a particular purring kittens 🥰 video to help me relax to sleep... A big basket of ?5 black kittens purring away. About 2+ mins. Soooo sweet.

I have a vivid imagination. I even sometimes imagine a very big, wide, very long bed with soft, round cat beds at the bottom, and the kittens come over near me, and purr away. I've seen, and heard enough videos to imagine them well. 🙂

My favorites are black, seal point siamese, seal point (fluffy!) birman.
