My online passport renewal took 10 days from start to finish.

The time quoted is 4-6 weeks, so it was quite a surprise. You submit your own photo, so my patient husband kept taking until I found one I didn't hate. It arrived today so that's that for ten years.

Just wondering - that seems much faster than expected without being expedited.

you'll be sighing over that photo and wishing you could re-use it. LOL. I keep my old passports, and I look at the photos and wonder, "Why did I think I looked bad in that? Compared to NOW!"

I wish my younger self knew how great I was back then!

It's just the air travel that I find increasingly difficult. The flights are okay-- it's the airports that exhaust me.

Do you have a trip planned for the coming year? I'm hoping to create my own "literary tour" of England.

Something that happened to me only because my old passport/documents were lost in a commercial moving incident, and I did not catch it until it was too late to get a replacement without starting over.

But good on you.

9. The last photo I took was awful and it was taken at walgreens so I only got two chances.

Luckily, I haven’t travelled internationally since 2019 so I don’t have to look at my ugly picture. Plus, I’m afraid to travel internationally because I post here, on Facebook and other social media anti orange turd stuff and I’m sure I’m on an enemies list somewhere in the magaverse and if I leave I might not be able to get back in.
