Is anyone else having problems with YouTube?

It's on my laptop while at home. For the past two days, I'll be watching Heather Cox Richardson, Jim Acosta, and other shows that I always watch.

After about 30 seconds it shuts off and a message comes up that says something went wrong - try again..

Jim Costa this morning. It appears that YouTube might be throttling certain shows for some reason.

I don't think it's ever happened while I was watching a video. I'm watching a non-political livestream and it just happened to me.
