I never “got” grits.

I do love cheese grits, but can’t handle that many carbs first thing in the morning.

Why does anyone want to eat horse food?!?
Polenta, on the other hand...now there is a sublime food!

But, they can’t be watery and you need butter, salt and pepper, occasionally cheese!
