I've started watching plank dances on Reels
These really buff young men, and sometimes women, are on the floor and exercise to music, like sea chanties, or other rhythmic music. They couldn't do what they do without dedicated training to build muscles and so on, so it is fascinating to watch. I may end up singing the first few verses of Billy O'Tea before long 
I've been watching reels more, mainly to wind down for bed. I get to a certain point and just watch what's next instead of picking, so that's how i saw the first one. I'd never heard of plank dance, and didn't know what I was watching, but I saw the phrase on one of the videos.
