After you have created your image and it's ready to upload to DU:

(1) Go to https://postimages.org/
(2) Click on Choose images
(3) (From your computer) select then click your created image
(4) Your image will now be uploaded to postimages.org
(5) Select then copy the Direct Link URL
(6) That URL points to a file on the image posting platform
(7) Check that URL you paste has an ending like .gif, .jpg, or .png
(8) Drop that URL just below your DU posting message
(9) On DU, select Preview to see both your message and image
(10) If all is well, select Post to send your message to us...

It worked.

Does anyone else have a folder labeled something like LOL which you point to as your desktop screen saver, random order? I've had mine for years. So many of the older ICanHasCheeseburger and other cat sites had great photos I saved down to that folder. Checked it today, and I think (other than the Windows folder, itself) it's the largest folder on my hard drive! It's over 2 gig of (basically) cat pics... including one subfolder that's just my cats and critters.

Some nights when I can't sleep, I turn over towards the wall with the computer screen and just groove on the photos that show up. Very, very relaxing... with some inadvertent giggles, too.

Hard to pick a favorite. THANKS everybody!!!!
