I love it here in Wisconsin in late spring.

Getting close to summer here in Wisconsin, my next door neighbor has this in their yard. It's a crabapple tree blooming, and does it smell good.

area, which I've been visiting, and photographing for nearly ?35 yrs.

There's a whole Greenway [Riverside Park] along Manhattan's Westside highway. There's a particular area that has the most crab apple, and Kanzan cherry tress planted along the walkway in one place. (Actually featured in the movie "You Got Mail" ).

My mom "found it" by accident. I was already visiting the Kanzan cherry trees on the UN grounds, and mix of cherry trees up in Ft Tryon Park. She was going by bus to a doctor's appointment which passes right by there, and luckily they happened to be flowering so she mentioned it to me. Oh, wow! So I went, and continued to do so. Hopefully Spring 2026!
