Good morning my DU family,

As we celebrate this Memorial Day, let us remember that this is a day of mourning and gratitude
Please let the honor with which they served be a guilding light to inspire my own service.
I hope today is special for each of you because of today.
Love, John

Today I go to the National Cemetery in Danville, Illinois to visit my father and recently departed brother. Someday I will be buried there too.

you and wordstroken have reminded me today that words only have power, if received by an open mind and heart.
Thank you

Today, as we honor the courage and sacrifice of those who gave so much for our freedom, including my husband and my son, let us always remember their legacy.

Cherish every moment, hold loved ones close, and stand strong together as our DU family, united in gratitude and love for each other.

Wishing you all a peaceful and meaningful Memorial Day.

Your words are the broth to tomorrow inspired recipe.
That you give yourself permission to allow my words to reach such a special place in your heart is an honor that I treasure beyond description.
Love, John
