Thinking of you trof and hope you find a way back...

Noticed trof's name and immediately wondered if they are still active because it's been a while. Did a search for trof's profile, saw it was indeed a long time since the last post and then found this thread.

Like the rest of you, hoping all is well, other than the darned macular degeneration. And, yes, some sort of software for adaptation, like these, could be of great value to trof:

VoiceOver:
A built-in screen reader for macOS and iOS, providing text-to-speech and navigation assistance.

ChromeVox:
A screen reader extension for Google Chrome, reading web content aloud and providing navigation.
Orca:

Window Eyes:
A screen reader, often included with Windows 10, offering free access.
