I was over in NL earlier in the week, where it was warmer, but by Thursday, down in northern France, it had cooled off, and has stayed that way ever since.

When I felt so lost with no hope of thriving, I reached out and joined a NARANON Family group and found the sunlight and sanity I needed. I wish everyone the ability to find help when needed!
