The rabbit pictured here is a Pygmy Rabbit (Brachylagus idahoensis). They are the smallest rabbits in the world. They are not cottontails. In fact, they have a dark tail. Pygmies live in the western United States. The one shown here is from Washington State.

That had a Rottie name Gretchen. When I went over there after she had her pups, I commended her on her beautiful family and sat down. She brought the puppies one by one and put them into my lap and then just sat there with a smile while I held each one up and gave them a kiss and a cuddle. She was such a sweetie.

Oh my. One is normal, twins rare.

So many sweet pics. The kitten sprawled out in total relaxation with her guy and him just as peacefully asleep is especially adorable.
