we had our turn last night and it seems that everything went south of us except for the heavy rain lol.

Petunia hides at the first sound of thunder and she doesn't come out until the weatherman sends out the all clear lol.
Lots of snuggle time with both kitties today. Yay!

Sorry I've been absent a bit. Lots to do, including getting my other cataract removed. All is well and all is well here, hope the same with you.

I’m grateful for my ability to pull myself out of a low spot.

That is a remarkable gift to have and I wish I had greater use of it. It feels really hard when there are so many circumstances out of my control that will have a sizeable impact on my future.
I hope I get there.
